Specialist Arts

Students have the opportunity to partake in an Arts program that is run by a specialist Art teacher.  Over the course of the year students engage in four elements of The Arts- Dance, Drama, Music and Visual Arts. The skills that students develop are based on the Western Australian Curriculum Outline.

Within our program we seek students to develop the following keys ideas:

• Nuturing creative and expressive potential
• An understanding of the processes, skills and techniques relating to various Art elements
• The ability to discover and intrepet the world around them

Students are fortunate to receive instruction in a specialist Art facility at the school.
